Have experience operating excavators, skid loaders, and other machinery Experience installing retaining walls, patio pavers and softscapes Commit the hours necessary to make sure the job is done to satisfaction; this may include weekends and/or holidays Maintain a clean appearance and conform to the Weller Brothers dress code. In the absence of a landscape foreman, oversee a crew of 2-3 team members, making sure they are on track and being productive.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and competency satisfactorily. Record End-of-Day Checklist each day. Maintain a strong work ethic to complete a variety of physical job tasks. Professionally communicate with clients to achieve strong client/company relationships. Operate a variety of outdoor landscape and power equipment, as well as a variety of hand tools.
