West Sound Workforce is partnering with a respected Clallam County landscaping company to source temporary Landscape Laborers for upcoming projects throughout the local community. Specializing in landscape design and installation, this company is known for its commitment to quality materials, exceptional craftsmanship, and efficient project execution. Inspired by the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest, each project is thoughtfully designed to blend lasting function with timeless outdoor appeal.
Reporting to the Project Foreman, this role will work under the direction of the Project Foreman to support a variety of landscape installation projects. From site preparation through final installation, you'll play an important role in helping the crew deliver high-quality outdoor spaces while maintaining a safe and productive job site. The ideal candidate brings a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a team-first attitude; previous landscaping experience is a plus but is not required.
Shift information:
Full Time 7 AM – 3:30 PM
Potential weekends as needed
What you will do:
Support the Project Foreman and crew with residential and commercial landscape installation projects
Assist with site preparation, material staging, and the installation of landscaping features
Load, unload, transport, and distribute tools, equipment, and landscaping materials throughout the job site
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following established safety practices
Perform other general labor duties as assigned to help ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards
What we are looking for:
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including frequent lifting, bending, kneeling, and working on uneven terrain
Dependable with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while following the direction of the Project Foreman
Reliable transportation to and from the designated job site or meeting location
Previous landscaping, construction, or general labor experience is preferred but not required
