We are hiring dependable Landscape Laborers for outdoor work in the Chagrin Falls area. This role involves general landscape labor, mulch installation, material handling, and physical outdoor work alongside an established crew. Candidates must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work full days in varying weather conditions.

Job Responsibilities
- Spread mulch and perform general landscape labor
- Load/unload materials and tools
- Assist crew members with daily site tasks
- Work outdoors in heat and changing weather conditions
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
- Able to work 10-hour days outdoors
- Comfortable with heavy lifting and physical labor
- Reliable transportation to the shop in Chagrin Falls
- Must bring lunch daily
- Landscape labor experience is a plus, but not required
- Dependable attendance and punctuality required
