Landscape Foreman
Pay: $22/hr – $25/hr (Based on Experience)

Position Summary
The Landscape Foreman is responsible for leading a crew in the installation, maintenance, and enhancement of landscaping projects, as well as managing snow and ice removal operations during winter months.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong organizational skills, team management, and a commitment to V24's core values:

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management

Supervise, train, and motivate landscape crew members

Lead daily job site operations with efficiency and high-quality standards

Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment

Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
Landscaping Duties

Plan and execute landscape construction and maintenance projects

Perform and oversee tasks including:

Planting and mulching
-
Mowing and trimming
-
Pruning and plant care
-
Irrigation installation and maintenance
-
Hardscape installation (pavers, patios, retaining walls, etc.)

Ensure all work meets company and client expectations
Snow & Ice Management (Seasonal)

Lead crews during snow events
-
Operate equipment for plowing, salting, and de-icing

Ensure timely and safe service during winter conditions
Qualifications

Previous experience in landscaping and hardscape installation

Proven leadership or foreman experience preferred

Strong work ethic and motivation

Ability to manage crews and meet deadlines

Valid driver's license (preferred)

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
