•   Review blueprints, site plans, and specifications to create detailed takeoffsPrepare bids and proposals that align with client budgets and project goals
•   Collaborate with project managers and designers to refine estimates and identify cost-saving opportunitiesAnalyze materials and labor requirements to ensure efficiency and profitability
•   Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to secure pricing and availabilityConduct site visits to assess conditions and confirm scope of work What we’re looking for:
•   Experience in landscape or construction estimating (residential or commercial)Tech-savvy mindset – Ability to work efficiently with estimating software, AI tools, and spreadsheets
•   Strong understanding of materials, labor costs, and construction methodsKnowledge of grading, drainage, and hardscape installation
