Christine London Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and talented Landscape Designer or Landscape Architect with a strong background in project management to join our team. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

\n
  • \n
  • 8+ years of experience in landscape design.
  • \n
  • At least five years of project management experience.
  • \n
  • Four or more years in high-end residential landscape design.
  • \n
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, self-start attitude.
  • \n
  • Exceptional design abilities and a commitment to quality.
  • \n

\n

RESPONSIBILITIES: THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

\n


\n

-       Coordination, scheduling, and management of projects including interfacing with clients, vendors, and contractors

\n

-       Manage and delegate tasks to support staff

\n

-       Project design in collaboration with Principals, in concept development and design features

\n

-       Formulating and assembling project deliverables

\n

-       Preparing presentation packages, sketching schematic design, delegating, and managing drawings

\n

-       Preparing construction document details- delegating and managing drawings

\n

-       Provide design documentation in the form of graphic illustration and imagery research on assigned projects

\n

-       Communicate with design team, contractors, vendors, and others regarding project needs

\n

-       Site observations and reviews during construction phase(s)

\n

-       Lead client meetings and presentations

\n

-       Redline CAD drawings

\n


\n

DESIRED SKILL SET:

\n

-       Strong technical knowledge in Landscape Architecture

\n

-       Conceptual design abilities on master plans and detail scales

\n

-       Strong knowledge of Southern California plant palette

\n

-       AutoCAD: Proficient in CAD with a clear understanding of technical drawings- plans, sections, elevations

\n

-       Adobe Creative Suite: Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

\n

-       Sketchup preferred- graphic design renderings and presentation

\n

-       Strong administrative skills as it pertains to project management- Written and verbal communication, organized, efficient

\n

-       Perspective Drawings- Strong rendering skills for master plans, perspectives, elevations, and sections

\n


\n

EDUCATION:

\n

-       Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in landscape architecture or architecture

\n


\n

Full time position | Salary DOE- $100,000- $140,000

\n
