What You'll Do
- Work with a Crew: Team up in small groups of 2-5 members daily.
- Mow & Edge: Cut grass and trim walkways for a clean finish.
- Site Clean-Up: Clear away leaves, trash, and debris from properties.
- Operate Equipment: Safely use lawnmowers, edgers, and powered tools.
What We Are Looking For
- Basic Skills: Comfort using basic lawn tools or powered equipment.
- Team Player: Ready to work hard and support your crew members.
- Reliability: Show up on time and report directly to your Crew Leader.
- Flexibility: Available for occasional weekend work when needed.
- Physical Stamina: Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
