Y&L Landscape & Tree Service is hiring an Account Manager to oversee customer relationships and help ensure properties receive consistent, high-quality service. This role combines client communication, property inspections, coordination with field operations, and opportunities to recommend additional services.


Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
• Inspect properties regularly and communicate service needs to the operations team.
• Resolve customer concerns and follow through on service issues.
• Manage account renewals and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify opportunities for enhancements, including mulch, tree work, drainage, cleanups, and seasonal services.
