    Description

    Are you organized, detail orientated, have good customer service and communication skills?


    Our client, a renewable energy power producer, is seeking a Landowner Asset Management Specialist, on a contract to hire basis, to support the operations of renewable energy generation sites and construction projects. The role will be based in their downtown Chicago office and pay $25 to $32 an hour based on experience.

     
    Responsibilities:
    • Manage relationships with landowners, neighbors, local authorities for operational projects.
    • Ensure compliance with landowner contracts, including payments, land use, and contract modifications.
    • Maintain current permits and manage additional permitting requirements for project operations. Implement and manage software tools for; leases, easements, Permitting processes, Geographic project information Manage contracts, control payments, and address landowner claims and inquiries.
    • Assist with resolving any disputes, claims, or issues related to land use, damages, or access.
    • Coordinate and participate in landowner meetings, site visits, and community engagement events.
    • Develop and maintain project drawings land surveys, as-built drawings Integrate and manage landowner contracts and permits for new operational projects.
     
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field such as engineering, science, economics or finance, or least 5 years of relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree.
    • Utility industry or program management experience with moderate knowledge of electrical principles preferred.
    • Proficiency in the use of software programs such as MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Adobe Acrobat, various databases and MS Visio.
