Skilled In: Advanced computer hardware and software applications and programs including Autodesk Civil3D, ESRI ArcMAP, GPS post processing software, and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
Minimum Qualifications:
Land Surveyor-in-Training requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in geomatics and registration as a Land Surveyor-in-Training.
Professional Surveyor & Mapper requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in geomatics, and registration by the State of Florida as a Professional Surveyor and Mapper.
Physical Requirements/Working Environment:
Outside surveying and mapping work activities. Endure harsh outdoor environments in uncomfortable/extreme temperatures, inclement weather, and remote locations; lift and/or move equipment; operate or learn to operate vehicles/vessels to access sites (e.g. ATV, airboats, marsh masters, and four-wheel drive truck).
Expectations: Maintain priority of safety, communication and work well with others as a team, make effective, consistent, and defensible decisions in the field.
Licenses:
Valid State of Florida Driver's License.

Professional Surveyor & Mapper: $61,318.40 - $76,648.00
Starting salary is based on qualifications and experience.
