Land Surveying Project Manager

A minimum of 5 years survey experience with at least 1 year experience as a Surveying Project Manager. Lead survey technicians in performing field survey operations, survey data processing and mapping.

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate field staff for construction layout projects in a fast-paced environment.

Lead survey technicians in performing field survey operations, survey data processing and mapping.

Perform QA/QC functions to assure deliverables meet company, State, and client standards.

Development of cost estimates and preparation of technical reports and proposals for construction surveying projects.

Required Attributes

A minimum of 5 years survey experience with at least 1 year experience as a Surveying Project Manager.

Ability to prepare construction computations and as-built drawings.

Ability to read and interpret Civil, Structural, and Architectural plans and drawings.

Proven track record of successful survey project management

Valid driver's license and good driving record

Preferred Attributes

Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Carlson surveying platforms.

Familiarity with Trimble hardware and software.

FAA Part 107 certification preferred.

Experience processing UAS and HDLS point clouds preferred.

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
