    Overview:

    The Land Materials Supervisor oversees supply chain operations, including inventory management, procurement, and logistics. This role ensures efficient material handling and process alignment with business objectives.

    Responsibilities:
    • Provide material management input in the work scheduling and planning process.
    • Identify dormant, excess, and obsolete materials at project end and manage the disposition process.
    • Execute physical inventory counts and re-counts; enter results into the system.
    • Work with customers for material movement, demand fulfillment, and returns management.
    • Analyze inventory levels and trends locally.
    • Investigate Joint Venture audits to resolution.
    • Ensure aligned work prioritization and realistic materials availability by providing input in scheduling and planning.
    • Proactively manage and challenge demand, suggesting alternative materials or re-use.
    • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely release.
    • Investigate variations between planned and actual material deliveries and recommend corrective measures.
    • Craft routine communication documents and executive reviews.
    • Conduct routine safety audits and help lead the customers safety program
    Qualifications:
    • Over 5 years of supply chain, procurement operations, warehouse operations, or logistics experience.
    • Experience leading strategic projects.
    • Prior supervisory experience.
    • Proficiency in SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
    • Strong collaborative, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
    • Ability to interface with high-level management and tactical teams.
    • Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills.
    • Ability to handle heavy workloads and multitask effectively.
