The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for data management, personnel check-in, and ensuring adherence to hotel quarantine guidelines.
Responsibilities
Conduct orientation and check in personnel.
Transfer data into computer files or database systems with 100% accuracy.
Update spreadsheets with name changes and verify data by comparing it to source documents.
Work with hotels to maintain guidelines for hotel quarantine.
Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested.
Sort and organize paperwork to ensure it is not lost.
Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
Qualifications
Fast and accurate typing skills.
Proficient with word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).
Good command of English, both oral and written, with strong customer service skills.
Great attention to detail.
High school degree or equivalent.
Strong people management skills.
Procedure-driven with the ability to execute and seek efficiencies in procedures.
