Land Development Engineer (EIT/PE)

An established civil engineering and land development firm is hiring a Land Development Engineer (EIT/PE) in Buffalo/Rochester/Albany/Poughkeepsie.

What you'll do:

• Design site layouts, grading, stormwater management and utilities for residential, commercial and mixed-use projects
• Prepare plan sets, calculations, reports and permit submittals in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Coordinate with clients, surveyors, architects and local review agencies through approvals and construction

What you bring:

• EIT or PE (New York)
• Land development / site civil design experience
• AutoCAD Civil 3D and HydroCAD a plus

What's offered:

• $75K-$125K base salary, depending on experience
