The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in network infrastructure and excellent problem-solving skills.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN equipment and softwareMonitor and maintain network performance, security, and reliabilityProvide technical support for network-related issuesCollaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless network operationsRequirements1-2 years of experience in LAN/WAN administrationStrong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)Familiarity with network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.)Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and customer service skillsV2Soft is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
