Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking two Lamination Technicians for an engineered testing instrument manufacturer, which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in composites, resin, or mold work looking to further their career in custom manufacturing.
Perform lay-up and shell creation using molds, resins, and composite materials
Sand, grind, and remove parts from molds; complete surface preparation and painting
Assemble mechanical components and create wire paths for sensor integration
Use hand and power tools; support picking and receiving; occasional weekend work when needed
Essential Qualifications
Hands-on experience in composites/resin, molds, or autobody work; mechanical aptitude required
Ability to read electrical schematics; strong attention to detail and adaptability for custom, non-repetitive work
High school diploma or equivalent
Bonus Qualifications
Aerospace composite or chemical process experience
Mold grinding and shaping experience
