Responsibilities
- Set up and operate lamination machines according to production specifications.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on lamination equipment.
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency, making adjustments as necessary.
- Maintain accurate production records and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machinery operation is a plus.
- Previous experience operating lamination machines or similar equipment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Basic mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary.
