Behavioral health Experience is defined as work experience providing direct care to individuals whose condition is related to mental disorder, a personality disorder, substance abuse, or a significant psychological or behavioral response to an identifiable stressor. Employee will serve as a Clinician at Terros Health LADDER programs, supervised by LADDER Site Manager. This position is responsible for providing outpatient counseling services for individuals who have co-occurring substance use and mental health symptoms. This includes groups, individual counseling, case management, helping to prepare and serve lunch, coordinating transportation, covering breaks, and any other duties that allow the program to run smoothly and client care to remain the focus. This is a co-located position, and the clinician will work at both LADDER sites. Provision of services will occur in the office or other places of service.

Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
No Weekends

Starting at $23.42 for BHT level therapists
$57,000+ for associate level therapists
$70,000+ for independent licensed therapists

Master's degree, i.e., MA, MC, MSW, in a behavioral health field, Arizona license or eligible for Arizona license.

Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or apply for an Arizona fingerprint clearance card (Level 1) within 7 working days of assuming role.

Experience working with diverse populations and bilingual desired, not required.
