     We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Dentist to join our client's practice in Lacey, NJ.

    Minimum of 5 years of experience.

    Annual bonus based on the profitability of the practice.

    Position Overview:

    As the Lead Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients while also leading and managing a team of dental professionals. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Perform a wide range of dental procedures, including but not limited to fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns

    - Conduct thorough patient examinations and develop treatment plans based on individual needs

    - Lead and manage a team of dental professionals, including hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff

    - Ensure the practice operates efficiently and effectively by monitoring schedules, budgets, and performance metrics

    - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

    - Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care techniques

    - Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and techniques through continuing education and training

    Qualifications:

    - Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school

    - Active dental license in the state of New Jersey

    - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing dentist

    - Proven leadership and management skills

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

    - Commitment to providing exceptional patient care

    - Ability to work well in a team environment

    - Proficiency in dental software and technology
