Job Title: LabWare LIMS Configuration Engineer

Location: Thousand Oaks, CA - Hybrid (50% onsite / 50% remote)

Pay: $45/hr - $50/hr on W2

Job Summary:

Seeking a hands-on LabWare LIMS Configuration Engineer to support raw material, commercial product, stability, and laboratory equipment workflows in a GMP environment. LabWare 8 experience is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure master data, test workflows, specifications, sampling plans, stability processes, and laboratory equipment in LabWare LIMS.
• Support workstream scope and build activities using standardized templates and controlled configuration practices.
• Translate regulatory, quality, and operational requirements into compliant LIMS configurations.
• Maintain configuration documentation and requirements traceability to support validation.
• Configure and troubleshoot instrument interfaces and integrations with GMP systems, including LabX.
• Resolve configuration and data-flow issues and support operational readiness with site teams.

Required Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience configuring LabWare LIMS; LabWare 8 strongly preferred.
• Strong GMP laboratory experience covering raw materials testing, commercial product testing, and equipment workflows.
• Ability to translate regulatory and quality requirements into compliant LIMS designs.
• Experience with instrument interfaces, system integrations, and validation documentation.
• Ability to work 50% onsite in Thousand Oaks, CA.

Preferred: Experience supporting LabX integrations and instrument-data parsing scripts.
