Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on LabWare LIMS Configuration Engineer to support raw material, commercial product, stability, and laboratory equipment workflows in a GMP environment. LabWare 8 experience is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Configure master data, test workflows, specifications, sampling plans, stability processes, and laboratory equipment in LabWare LIMS.
Support workstream scope and build activities using standardized templates and controlled configuration practices.
Translate regulatory, quality, and operational requirements into compliant LIMS configurations.
Maintain configuration documentation and requirements traceability to support validation.
Configure and troubleshoot instrument interfaces and integrations with GMP systems, including LabX.
Resolve configuration and data-flow issues and support operational readiness with site teams.
Required Qualifications
Proven hands-on experience configuring LabWare LIMS; LabWare 8 strongly preferred.
Strong GMP laboratory experience covering raw materials testing, commercial product testing, and equipment workflows.
Ability to translate regulatory and quality requirements into compliant LIMS designs.
Experience with instrument interfaces, system integrations, and validation documentation.
Ability to work 50% onsite in Thousand Oaks, CA.
Preferred: Experience supporting LabX integrations and instrument-data parsing scripts.
