    6 Month Contract – Onsite

    Oxford Solutions is seeking a LabVIEW Test Engineer for a 6-month onsite contract role. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

    In this role, you will be responsible for supporting production testing, troubleshooting, and process improvements within a manufacturing environment. This includes maintaining test systems, collaborating with R&D, and ensuring smooth test process transfers across the global supply chain.

    Responsibilities:

    • Execute assigned actions within the manufacturing action plan (audits, failure analysis, improvement initiatives).
    • Ensure proper operation and maintenance of test software and SQL-based data systems.
    • Communicate issues and updates to the R&D team and provide documentation updates.
    • Analyze and improve production test yield by identifying root causes and proposing solutions.
    • Support technology transfer of test processes across the supply chain.
    • Contribute to test requirement definitions and creation of test processes for new product introductions.
    • Implement new test processes and tools per assigned action plans.

    Requirements, Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree or pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, Software, or related Engineering discipline (Electrical Engineering preferred).
    • Hands-on experience with NI LabVIEW and TestStand.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Teams).
    • Basic software writing and editing skills.
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Knowledge of electronics and ability to analyze electrical schematics.
    • Mechanically inclined; able to disassemble/reassemble test equipment with standard tools.

    Preferred Skills & Experience:

    • Prior internships or experience in a manufacturing environment (e.g., PCB assembly, electromechanical assembly, machining, tooling, or fixture design).
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows PC hardware/software.
    • Networking setup and troubleshooting experience.
