About the Team: The Client Labs is a specialized team focused on robotics and automation that push the future of last-mile logistics. We're bringing autonomous drone delivery to life in Tulsa, OK through a new partnership with Manna Drone Delivery, and we need a reliable, detail-oriented local point of contact to keep daily operations running safely and smoothly.

About the Role

This role serves as the client's local point of contact (POC) for our drone delivery partnership with Manna in Tulsa. You will not be flying drones. Instead, you'll handle the on-the-ground coordination that keeps the partnership running smoothly — receiving supplies, reporting on Manna's operations, providing marketing materials, and occasionally shadowing runners or testing the ordering experience to help improve the program. This job requires your own reliable vehicle to travel to merchant locations and the drone site as needed.

What You'll Do

• Local Partnership & Point of Contact:
  • Act as the client's primary local liaison with Manna's on-site team in Tulsa.
  • Report weekly on Manna's operations, including expansions, operational changes, and other updates relevant to the partnership.
  • Receive client-related supplies on-site and coordinate their handoff or storage as needed.
  • Print marketing and promotional materials and provide them to Manna for use in-market.
• Create an Impact:
  • Pick up food orders from assigned merchants and transport them back to the drone site using your personal vehicle.
  • Occasionally shadow runners on trips to merchant locations, noting any potential process improvements or feedback.
  • Place test orders within the client's app, documenting any changes, glitches, or unusual activity that occurs during the ordering process.
  • Support smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-moving test environment.
  • Identify issues, share observations, and provide clear feedback that helps improve processes and technology.
• Operational Excellence:
  • Follow all safety protocols and site procedures with precision.
  • Maintain an organized, efficient workflow that keeps the operation on schedule.
  • Stay flexible and proactive as processes evolve.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with both client and Manna teammates who value trust, accountability, and consistency.
  • Help reinforce a strong operational culture through communication, reliability, and hands-on teamwork.
• Communication:
  • Serve as the eyes and ears on the ground—reporting observations to Manna's team, client operators, and cross-functional partners.
  • Represent the client positively when interacting with merchants and community members.

• Based in or near Tulsa, OK, with flexibility to be on-site as needed to receive supplies or support Manna's team.
