Position: Laborer / Outdoor Yard Team Member
Location: MRT ACE Port Charlotte
We are looking for a dependable, hard-working Laborer to join our outdoor team. This position involves landscaping-type work, property maintenance, and general outdoor labor at our store. No travel to off-site job locations is required.
Experience is helpful, but we are more focused on dependability, attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with landscaping and outdoor maintenance
Moving mulch, soil, plants, materials, and supplies
Keeping outdoor areas clean, organized, and presentable
Loading, unloading, and general yard work
Helping with store property projects as needed
Working safely and following instructions
Requirements:
Dependable and punctual
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Able to work outdoors in Florida weather
Able to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
Willing to learn and help wherever needed
Prior landscaping or outdoor labor experience is a plus, but not required
Pay: Commensurate with experience, reliability, and performance.
