Job Title: General Laborer Location: Madison, IL Pay Rate: $21.00/hour Shift: 1st Shift Schedule: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lift and move materials as directed
Load and unload vehicles
Dig and refill holes
Mow grass, trim vegetation, and operate equipment as needed
Assist with general manual labor tasks and other activities as directed
Follow directions from supervisors and perform other assigned duties
Qualifications:Education and Experience:
Required: High School Diploma or GED
Preferred: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
0–4 years of previous experience
Must have a valid driver's license
Must have reliable transportation to get to work on time
Ability to follow directions and work under direct supervision
Work Environment:
Physical labor is a major component of the role
Must be able to handle objects weighing less than 30 pounds for most of the workday
