2nd Shift 5:45 PM - 6:00 AM Rotating Shifts 12 hour shift 2-2-3 Schedule
Schedule:, following a 3/2/2/3 rotation. Under this schedule, you work 3 days, are off 2 days, work 2 days, and then are off 3 days.

Responsibilities:
• Follow all safety procedures and policies
• Relieve other employees as directed
• Maintain communication to ensure quality product is being made
• Maintaining daily housekeeping requirements
• Follow JSA/SOP's
• Wear proper clothing and PPE as required
• Complete all training and meetings
• Understand and use all appropriate checks and checklists
• Complete production reporting

details.
Requirements:
- Must be able to accurately read a tape measure, work instruction, finished product specifications.
- Have general math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and percentages).
- Beginner to intermediate computer skills (Microsoft office).
- Solid Communication Skills (written/verbal).
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to stand for extended periods
- The ability to manually lift, push or pull at least 50 pounds safely and with proper body mechanics,
- sometimes while in awkward positions.
- Use of hands (repetitive motion, grabbing, feeling, sensing, pulling)
- The ability to work safely in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful work environment
- The ability to safely and effectively work in an often-dusty work environment that experiences a
- broad range of temperatures (very hot to very
- cold).
- The ability to withstand the rigors of working a 12(or 8)-hour rotating shift schedule.
- The ability to bend, stoop or kneel
- repetitively.
- The ability to reach or work above the shoulder.
- Must Pass a Background & Drug Screen
