Laborer - Facility Maintenance

JOB SUMMARY: Provide routine plant maintenance services ensuring a clean and safe environment for employees

PRIMARY DUTIES:

1. Daily trash removal throughout the plant and offices
2. Parts pickup and deliveries, as instructed
3. Recycling all materials throughout the plant and offices
4. Mow grass
5. Plow snow
6. Painting
7. Project work
8. Clean Windows / Mirrors
9. Restroom Maintenance

SECONDARY DUTIES:

1. Setup meeting rooms
2. Move office furniture and equipment
3. Provide customer, clients, and company officer transportation
4. All other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Judgement, Drive and Initiative, Flexibility, Tact and Diplomacy, and Timeliness

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Valid driver’s license, and obtain/maintain Fork Truck Operators License, as well as JLG License.  Commercial electricity experience a plus.

Hours:   7 a.m. – 3 p.m.   Overtime as needed.
