The Laborer performs a variety of manual labor tasks under direct supervision. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, supporting a team, and working outdoors in varying conditions
Job Title: General Laborer
Location: Berlin, WI
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Lift and move materials as directed- Load and unload vehicles- Dig, refill holes, and assist with site cleanup- Perform general labor activities as needed- Follow directions from supervisors and perform other assigned duties
Qualifications, Education, and Experience:- Required: High School Diploma or GED. Preferred: Associates degree or equivalent experience- Must have 6inch lace up work boots- 4 years of prior related experience
Work Environment: - Physical labor is a major component of the role- Must be able to handle objects weighing up to 30 pounds for most of the workday- Occasional exposure to risks such as cuts, burns, or chemicals- Occasional exposure to dirt, odors, noise, and weather extremes- Work is conducted primarily outdoors in a manual labor setting
