Laborer

Must provide a pickup truck capable of transporting construction materials such as lumber, steel, rigging, and other job-site supplies, as well as a minimum of 4 people. Assist skilled tradespeople, including electricians, carpenters, and machine operators, with assigned tasks.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a General Laborer in a construction environment is required.
• Must have experience operating a front-end loader and Skid Steer.
• Must provide a pickup truck capable of transporting construction materials such as lumber, steel, rigging, and other job-site supplies, as well as a minimum of 4 people. A vehicle allowance is provided.
• May be required to tow a 20' tandem-axle trailer as needed.
• Perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, loading, and moving materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment as needed.
• Assist skilled tradespeople, including electricians, carpenters, and machine operators, with assigned tasks.
• Load and unload trucks, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all job-site safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
• Report any safety hazards, accidents, or equipment issues to the supervisor promptly.

Shifts:

• Monday - Friday; weekends may be required based on project demands 
• 7:00 am to 4:30 pm; hours may vary depending on project demands
