Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Thursday (7 AM - 4:30 PM) & Fridays (7 AM - 11 AM) + OT available

Here's what it takes to succeed with us.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field is a plus.
• Basic understanding of lab safety and measurement techniques.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in an industrial/manufacturing environment (not a medical/clinical setting).
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. occasionally and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine quality control testing on raw materials and finished goods (e.g., viscosity, density, color match, moisture content)
• Assist in formulating and mixing samples for product development trials
• Support R&D projects by preparing, testing, and documenting results under supervision
• Collect and log test data accurately in lab notebooks and/or digital systems
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of lab workspace, materials, and instruments
• Work closely with production teams to troubleshoot or verify formulation performance
• Assist with maintaining lab equipment, calibration schedules, and inventory
