Laboratory Technician

FieldBridge is looking for a Laboratory Technician in Strasburg, Ohio to work for the world's largest oilfield services company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Pay is $18- $22/hour | 7 on days 3 off, 7 on nights 4 off repeat | Weekly pay every Friday | Overtime available | At $22/hr and 50 hrs/week, earn weekly paychecks of $1,210 gross.

Position Overview

FieldBridge is hiring a Laboratory Technician to support Production & Stimulation Delivery (PSD) services in Strasburg, OH. In this role, you'll perform laboratory testing, prepare technical documentation, and assist with additive selection and fluid design to ensure safe, high-quality service delivery. You'll collaborate with engineering teams, product centers, and client support labs to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance tests and prepare laboratory reports prior to wellsite service delivery
• Support additive selection and fluid design for customer jobs
• Maintain, calibrate, and clean laboratory equipment; ensure proper waste disposal
• Conduct risk assessments before each task to identify and mitigate safety or quality concerns
• Assist Design/Technical Engineers and Product Champions with technical support as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of laboratory or technical work experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
