The State Hygienic Laboratory (Iowa's Environmental and Public Health Laboratory), at the University of Iowa, under contract with the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services, has an exciting full-time opportunity for a Laboratory Technician II in the Coralville, Iowa facility. The position is to contribute to the Environmental Microbiology section of the State Hygienic Laboratory (SHL). Within a high-volume, fast-paced environmental laboratory, under direct supervision, performs technical and allied duties related to the function of an accredited laboratory.
Position Status: 1 Year Term
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m. with possible weekends and Holidays
Work Location: Coralville, Iowa
Work Modality: On-site
