    Description:
    As a Formulation Laboratory Technician, you will play a crucial role in the development of various consumer products. Working in our state-of-the-art laboratory facility, you will be responsible for formulating small batches of products and conducting rigorous testing to ensure their quality and efficacy.

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Formulate small batches of various consumer products, including but not limited to personal care items, household products, and cosmetics.
    - Conduct comprehensive testing of formulated batches to assess their performance and stability. This includes testing for viscosity, pH levels, stability under various conditions, and overall product performance evaluation.
    - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Research & Development, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing, to ensure seamless product development processes.
    - Maintain detailed records of formulations, testing procedures, and results, adhering to strict documentation standards.
    - Stay updated on industry trends, scientific advancements, and regulatory requirements relevant to product formulation.

    Requirements:
    - Bachelor's degree in a Scientific Discipline, such as Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
    - Demonstrated experience in academic or industrial settings with pH and viscosity testing techniques.
    - Previous experience in personal care or consumer product formulation is preferred but not required.
    - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently.
    - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    - Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks effectively
