This facility delivers comprehensive services—including 24/7 emergency care, advanced radiology, women’s health, and a full spectrum of medical and surgical services—serving both inpatient and outpatient populations.
What You’ll Do- Lead the technical operations of your assigned laboratory section, ensuring all procedures meet established policies and standards
- Partner closely with the Lab Director/Manager to support departmental goals and initiatives
- Maintain compliance with CAP standards, driving excellence in quality, safety, and efficiency
- Monitor and communicate performance issues, unusual occurrences, and development progress to leadership
- Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges while ensuring accuracy of testing methods and instrumentation
- Review laboratory reports for accuracy, including reference lab results, before release
- Oversee inventory and participate in cost analysis for current and new testing procedures
- Manage team scheduling, workload distribution, and staff development—including orientation and training
- Ensure timely completion and reporting of all lab work
- Step in as a bench technologist when needed to support workflow and maintain productivity
Schedule- Monday – Friday, Evening Shift
- No weekends or holidays
