We have an exciting leadership opportunity with an established Anatomic Pathology laboratory located just outside Cleveland, Ohio!

We are seeking an experienced laboratory professional to oversee daily operations, including the Histology department.

Histology experience is essential for this position, and experienced Histology Supervisors are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily laboratory operations across multiple areas.

• Oversee Histology processes, staffing, and workflow.

• Maintain laboratory quality and regulatory compliance.

• Provide leadership, training, and guidance to laboratory personnel.

• Work with leadership to improve efficiency and laboratory performance.

Qualifications:

• Strong Histology laboratory background.

• Prior supervisory or management experience.

• Knowledge of laboratory operations and quality standards.

• Strong problem-solving and team leadership skills.

Compensation:

• $98,000–$120,000 annually

• Sign-on bonus

• Relocation assistance
