Summary

Provides laboratory support for undergraduate Biology labs. Assists with preparing, organizing, and maintaining laboratory materials, equipment, supplies, and instructional resources.

Essential Functions

  • Helps set up materials, equipment, and supplies for undergraduate Biology courses and laboratory activities.
  • Assists with laboratory setup, breakdown, and organization before and after instructional activities.
  • Follows established laboratory safety procedures.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Current BGSU undergraduate student in good academic standing.
  • Successful completion of relevant undergraduate Biology coursework and/or laboratory experience.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and established safety procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an instructional laboratory environment.
