Reporting to the Senior Director of Labor Relations, the Labor Relations Managerand the Director of Labor Relationsserve as day-to-day resources for all labor relations matters in Tenet’s affiliated California and Tennessee markets. This role will be part of a team that provides labor relations assistance to seven facilities in California and two facilities in Tennessee and will work closely with senior human resources leadership.
Under the direction of the Senior Director of Labor Relations, this individual will provide guidance and assistance on grievance processing, contract interpretation and administration, and labor law compliance.
This position offers opportunities for professional growth, with the potential to expand into a broader role supporting labor relations efforts across the United States.
