About the Role

An established law firm is seeking an Experienced Attorney to step into a management-level position, leading and overseeing a full legal department. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned professional who is ready to take ownership of team performance, case strategy, and departmental operations.

This position is hybrid (3 days in the office and 2 days from home) and ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership environment and enjoys building structure, mentoring teams, and driving results.

️ Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a full legal department
• Oversee case strategy, workflow, and performance across the team
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and supervision to attorneys and support staff
• Ensure high-quality legal work and adherence to deadlines
• Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and department growth
• Maintain involvement in legal matters as needed (strategy, review, escalation)

Qualifications

• Licensed Attorney (active in good standing)
• Significant experience in legal practice (management experience strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage legal operations
• Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced environment
