Job Description
- Provide legal advice on employment law, labor relations, and workplace matters
- Counsel clients on federal and state compliance, workplace policies, and legal risks
- Represent clients in administrative hearings, arbitrations, and court proceedings
- Deliver training and guidance on labor and employment practices
- Draft employment agreements, conduct investigations, and negotiate labor contracts
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in New York
- 3+ years of experience in labor and employment law
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Ability to build client trust and communicate clearly
- Works well in a collaborative, team-oriented setting
