Labor & Employment Attorney: Remote Management-Side Practice Serving South Florida Employers

Our client, a South Florida firm with a thriving labor and employment group, is seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney with 3+ years of experience to support its Hollywood practice remotely. The team represents employers in discrimination, retaliation, FLSA, FMLA, and wrongful termination matters before courts and administrative agencies.

This is a remote role. You will work from home with regular virtual collaboration, and occasional travel for depositions, mediations, or hearings when needed.

What You'll Do

• Defend employers in single-plaintiff and collective employment litigation
• Prepare EEOC and FCHR position statements, motions, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions in person or by video
• Advise clients on workplace policies, investigations, and compliance
• Represent clients at mediations and administrative proceedings

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of labor and employment experience, preferably on the management side
• Excellent research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Highly organized and effective working independently in a remote setting
• Willingness to travel within South Florida for key case events
