Labor & Employment Attorney (Remote, CA License)

A respected, growing law firm is adding an experienced attorney to its Labor & Employment group.

What you'll do:

- Advise employers on California employment law, including wage and hour, leaves, accommodations, classification, policies and pay practices

- Litigate employment claims in California state and federal courts

- Partner directly with clients to spot risk early, resolve workplace disputes and deliver practical, business-focused results

What you need:

- 5+ years of California employment law experience

- Active California license in good standing

Perks:

- Fully remote, with some travel

- $225,000-$325,000 depending on experience

- Part-time considered (prorated)

- Partial books of business welcome, with negotiable compensation
