Labor & Employment Attorney

My client is seeking a labor and employment attorney to join their team in Minneapolis.

What you'll do:

• Defend employers in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and wrongful termination matters in state and federal court and before agencies
• Counsel clients on employment policies, handbooks, hiring, discipline, and terminations
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and employment agreements
• Take and defend depositions, and attend hearings and mediations

What they're looking for:

• Labor and employment experience
• Licensed in Minnesota
• Strong writing, research, and client communication skills
