Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• 3-7 years’ experience in Employment litigation
• Skilled at arguing motions
• Participate in depositions and trial preparation
• Actively participate in negotiating settlements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Member of the CA Bar in good standing
