Labor & Employment Attorney: Employer-Side Practice with Hybrid Flexibility in Irvine

Our client, a well-regarded Orange County firm, is seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney with 3+ years of experience for its Irvine office. The practice advises and defends employers in discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage-and-hour, and related employment matters throughout Southern California.

This is a hybrid role. You will split your week between the Irvine office and home, with partner support and meaningful ownership of your files.

What You'll Do

• Defend employment litigation and related administrative proceedings
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and position statements
• Take and defend depositions and appear at mediations and hearings
• Counsel clients on workplace policies, risk, and compliance
• Work with partners on case strategy and client development

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the State Bar of California in good standing
• 3+ years of labor and employment or employment litigation experience
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage a caseload with partner guidance
• Comfort with a hybrid schedule
