What you'll do

- Defend employers in discrimination, wage, and other employment claims

- Advise clients on day-to-day workplace issues

- Draft policies, handbooks, and agreements

- Handle agency proceedings and litigation

What you bring

- J.D. and active Pennsylvania bar admission (or eligibility to waive in)

- Labor and employment experience

- Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills

- The ability to manage matters with increasing independence
