A bit about us:

We are a highly respected, full-service law firm with a long-standing Labor & Employment practice representing employers in complex and high-stakes workplace matters. Our attorneys advise and defend employers across a broad range of labor and employment issues, including litigation, compliance, traditional labor relations, and workplace counseling.

The Labor & Employment team represents clients in state and federal courts, before administrative agencies, and in arbitration and mediation. Matters range from employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, whistleblower, and breach of contract claims to restrictive covenant disputes, partnership and fiduciary duty matters, and employment class actions.

The team also works proactively with employers to help prevent disputes before they arise. Attorneys counsel clients on employment law compliance, workplace policies, employee relations, traditional labor matters, organized labor, and other issues affecting today's workplace.

The firm has built its reputation through a combination of sophisticated legal work, strong client relationships, and a collaborative approach. It is a growing platform with a strong commitment to developing attorneys and building long-term careers from within.

With a culture that emphasizes mentorship, collaboration, and meaningful responsibility, attorneys have the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners while taking an active role in sophisticated matters and developing their own client relationships.

Why join us?
  • Meaningful responsibility and hands-on experience-

Associates work on sophisticated matters with experienced attorneys and are given the opportunity to take real ownership of their work. For attorneys coming from larger platforms, the leaner team structure can provide significantly more direct involvement in matters and greater exposure to clients.

  • A practice built for both litigation and counseling-

The Labor & Employment team handles the full spectrum of employer-side work, from high-stakes litigation and agency proceedings to day-to-day employment counseling and traditional labor matters. This creates an opportunity to build a well-rounded practice rather than being limited to one narrow area.

  • Genuine mentorship-

Professional development is taken seriously. Associates work closely with senior attorneys who are invested in helping them develop their legal skills, take on greater responsibility, and build long-term careers within the firm.

  • A place to build a career-

The firm has a strong history of attorneys developing their careers internally, including partners who began their careers with the firm. The emphasis is on long-term growth rather than simply filling a role.

  • Sophisticated clients and complex work -

Attorneys have the opportunity to represent established employers on complex workplace disputes and counseling matters, working on issues that can have significant legal, operational, and reputational consequences for clients.

  • A more personal law firm experience -

Despite the sophistication of the work, the environment remains personal and relationship-driven. Attorneys have meaningful access to partners and colleagues, and the firm's collaborative culture is evident from the recruiting process through day-to-day work.
