Candidates should have a demonstrated passion for building a practice and a desire to work creatively with clients to find solutions.QualificationsCandidates must have strong academic credentials, excellent legal writing skills, and experience in employment litigation, including court appearances and depositions preferably with an AmLaw 100 law firm. Ideal candidates will have federal clerkship experience and experience in single‑plaintiff and class action lawsuits, handling wage and hour matters, and client counseling.Experience in drafting the following preferred:Summary judgment motions and other dispositive briefingMotions to compel arbitrationDiscovery requests and responsesOppositions to motions for class certification (including declaration gathering drives)Long‑form settlement agreements in wage and hour class/collective actionsSeparation agreements, offer letters, arbitration agreements, and PIIAsExperience advising and counseling clients on employment law compliance including policies, handbooks, leaves and accommodations, employee performance and discipline, hiring and terminations is also preferred.Experience with conducting labor due diligence on M&A deals is highly preferred.BenefitsAnnual discretionary bonus401(k) planMedical, dental, and vision insurancePersonal medical and parental leaveUp to ten paid holidaysFamily care benefitsCompensationCompensation range: $235,000 to $365,000 annually.
