Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 24/7 leadership of the L&D unit and ensure high standards of clinical care
- Manage staffing, compliance, and patient safety outcomes
- Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional departments
- Mentor and develop clinical staff, while promoting a positive work culture
- Drive initiatives aligned with best practices in women’s health and maternal care
What You’ll Need:
- BSN required (incumbents pre-2020 may have until 2022 to complete)
- Current Nevada RN License
- ACLS, BCLS, and NRP certifications
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in Labor & Delivery
- 1 - 2 years of progressive management or leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to provide age-appropriate care across the unit
