A Labor & Delivery Clinical Nurse Coordinator opportunity is available at a 150+ bed accredited regional medical center — also designated as an Accredited Chest Pain Center and a Primary Stroke Center — located in Dickson, TN.
The role. The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) is responsible for ensuring and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions within the Labor & Delivery unit during the designated shift. Working in collaboration with the broader management team, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures. This position carries dual responsibility as both Charge Nurse and Assistant Nurse Manager for the overnight shift, serving as the go-to resource for all staffing needs that arise. The CNC must be capable of delivering babies and scrubbing in the OR as needed, and also supports staff scheduling, labor management in line with patient care needs and productivity guidelines, and inventory and supply oversight.

Schedule. Full-time, nights, with rotating weekends every other weekend.
Compensation. $30.75 - $46.15/hr plus Sign-on bonus available
