    Labor & Compliance Specialist
    Ontario, CA | $35-$40/hr | Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM | Temp-to-Hire

    Seeking a Labor & Compliance Specialist with construction industry experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Audit and review timecards for approximately 100 employees
    • Coordinate with managers to resolve payroll discrepancies
    • Review prevailing wage requirements, classifications, and fringe benefits
    • Prepare and submit certified payroll reports
    • Ensure labor compliance on construction projects

    Requirements:

    • Bilingual English/Spanish
    • Construction industry experience required
    • Experience with prevailing wage, labor compliance, and certified payroll
    • Strong attention to detail and stable work history
